After years of teaching movement and breath, I realized what was missing wasn’t effort or discipline — it was connection beyond the classroom. Connection to the land, to making and tending, to meaningful challenge, and to rhythm.
Time spent outdoors, paying attention to seasons and effort, taught me that resilience doesn’t come from avoiding friction, but from meeting it carefully and in relationship.
ROOTED is a practice built around that truth — supporting longevity through steady movement, engagement with the natural world, and community that values capability over performance.
