This is the key to longevity. ROOTED provides you with a catalogue of mat-based classes like meditation, strength, and yoga movement. PLUS, you get outdoor skills and maker sessions, you can live to your fullest potential becoming self-sufficient and make new friends.  Combine this with Field Days and Weekend Gatherings, you will put all your learn into action.

Field Days

Our monthly Field Days begin with a guided movement and breath practice, followed by time spent outdoors learning practical outdoor or maker skills. These days are designed to support strength, curiosity, and connection to your body, to nature, and one another.

Move, learn, and spend a full day practicing skills that carry meaning, alongside others who value steady effort and shared experience.

Weekend Gatherings

Gathering Weekends are quarterly, overnight experiences. Each morning begins with guided movement and breath, followed by hiking or time spent outdoors. The remainder of the weekend is devoted to learning or deepening a seasonal skill from outdoor practices to making and tending.
